Standard cosmology assumes the universe expands and then structure forms within it. Pentagon Physics reverses this: the self-referential axiom fires first, generating the constants, which then determine the expansion rate. The causal chain runs from self-reference to constants to dynamics to cosmology — not the other way round. This paper argues that the Hubble tension, the S8 tension, and several other cosmological anomalies arise from trying to fit an inside-out causal structure to a universe that works outside-in.
