An accessible companion paper exploring what happens at the end of the universe's self-referential dance. As the self-referential iteration approaches its fixed point, the energy available for dynamics decreases. The universe's final state is maximum self-reference — complete frozen coherence, with no propagating modes remaining. The paper connects this endpoint to the cosmological constant, dark energy, and the long-term fate of the universe, and discusses the energy partition (dark energy 61.8%, dark matter 23.6%, baryonic 5.6%) as attractors of the φ-partition.

\[ \Omega_\Lambda = \varphi^{-1} = 0.618, \quad \Omega_{DM} = \varphi^{-3} = 0.236 \]
Key Result
Cosmic energy fractions as φ-partition attractors
Precision
Dark energy ~7% from current, dark matter ~3%
