The proton is not a bag of quarks. It is six eigenvalues of the 600-cell adjacency operator in three-phase balance, confined by the Galois boundary between the free and confined sectors of ℚ(√5). This paper derives the proton's internal structure from first principles and makes six independent sub-percent predictions: proton charge radius, magnetic moment, axial coupling, proton-pion mass ratio, neutron-proton mass difference, and the 137-turn electromagnetic winding number. All six agree with measurement to better than 1%. Zero free parameters are used.

\[ \mu_p = 3 - \frac{\sigma}{3} = 2.793 \quad (0.04\%) \]
Key Result
Six independent sub-percent predictions from zero free parameters
Precision
All six predictions within 1% of measurement
